PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Clark County man convicted in a murder-for-hire plot has been sentenced to life in prison.
James Rummell received the sentence with no possibility of parole after being found guilty in the first-degree murder of 60-year-old Lindy Rummell, who was found shot to death in her home in March 2024.
