BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — A Berkeley County man arrested last month is calling for a transparent investigation into the deputy who took him into custody, saying his arrest violated his constitutional rights.
Deputies arrested Abraham Kemmerlin on July 25 after authorities say he shouted profanities and caused a public disturbance at the Spinx gas station on U.S. Highway 78.
