EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Rats are getting more attention in East Providence, with residents reporting an increase in sightings and the city trying to figure out what’s behind them.
Mayor Bob DaSilva says the city has been getting more reports recently, but in select areas. Inspectors have been checking those complaints, but so far, they haven’t found one clear source.
