Texas (KWTX) – Governor Greg Abbott has escalated his fight against what he calls “Muslim-only” facilities at two of Texas’ busiest airports, writing a letter to the U.S. Department of Justice for investigation and possible “corrective action.”
In a letter to Attorney General Todd Blanche and Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, Abbott requested the DOJ immediately review wash facilities and prayer rooms for Muslims at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, arguing the facilities lead to unconstitutional religious discrimination.
