MULVANE, Kan. (KWCH) – The 153rd Old Settlers celebration took place over the weekend in Mulvane.
What began as a basket dinner in the walnut grove of a farm with neighbors and friends in 1873 is now a four-day festival, featuring a parade, carnival, horse show and concerts.
