For the planned redevelopment of the Inner Harbor, Baltimore City Council will consider closing the traffic spur that connects northbound traffic on Light Street with Calvert Street, with the change potentially being made permanently down the line.
The legislation will be introduced in early fall, a spokesperson for the mayor’s office said.
