STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A car overturned near an exit on the West Shore Expressway early Sunday morning.
The FDNY responded to a 911 call reporting an overturned vehicle on the West Shore Expressway, near exit 9, at approximately 7:15 a.m., according to a department spokesperson.
