LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Lititz Springs Park says its 2027 funding is already stretched thin after its grounds were torn up by an e-bike rider.
The park posted photos Saturday showing grass that had been torn out of the ground.
“Unfortunately, during a recent storm while the ground was soft and wet, an e-bike rider took a joyride across the grass and tore up a large area of the park grounds,” the park said via Facebook…
