Family, co-workers mourn Tarrant County sheriff’s deputy who dies from illness

The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office deputy who died due to an illness is remembered for making a lasting difference in the lives of those around him.

Deputy John A. Rodriguez served Tarrant County for about 15 years, “continuing a lifetime of service defined by integrity, compassion, and quiet leadership,” the Tarrant County Sheriff’s office said in a social media post.
