KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – One person is dead following an afternoon shooting in Kansas City, according to the Kansas City Police Department.
Officers say emergency crews responded to a report of a shooting near Wheeling Ave. and Park Tower Rd. around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 23.
