KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – A Kansas City, Kansas, woman is dead, and a male suspect is behind bars following a late-night shooting Sunday on Hasbrook Avenue.
Officers responded to a shooting call in the 1100 block of Hasbrook Avenue around 10 p.m., according to Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department spokesperson Carlos Ulloa.
Upon arrival, officers immediately located a male suspect at the scene and took him into custody without incident.
Police also discovered a woman who was pronounced dead at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Her identity has not yet been released…
