The residents of a mobile home park in Loveland, many of whom are retirees or seniors, are working to buy the property themselves after they were notified of the sale this spring.
The listing price for the Sunset Park Manufactured Home Community is$44.5 million. The 24-acre park hosts 164 double-wide homes.
