Hopkinsville driver accused of tossing liquor bottles out window

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WKRN) — A Hopkinsville woman has been charged with her third DUI after tossing liquor bottles out the window of her vehicle, according to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office.

Kimberly Binder, 63, was arrested along Monkey Norman Road at about 5 p.m. Saturday evening.

Deputies had been called to the area by witnesses who reported seeing a driver toss liquor bottles from a vehicle. Responding deputies said they saw reckless driving and conducted a traffic stop.
