NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Anheuser-Busch is suing the state of Tennessee’s Revenue Commissioner in a dispute over nearly $1.9 million in franchise tax refunds the company says it is owed.
Anheuser-Busch InBev Worldwide Inc. filed the lawsuit Aug. 21 in Davidson County Chancery Court against Tennessee Revenue Commissioner David Gerregano in his official capacity.
