MADISON, Wis. — A bullet came through the ceiling of a Madison apartment and hit a nightstand Monday morning, police said.
Officers responded to an apartment complex in the 6700 block of Schroeder Road shortly before 11:30 a.m. after a caller reported hearing a loud bang.
