CAMP VERDE, AZ (AZFamily) — Two people from Phoenix are accused in a multi-state fraud scheme that involved a Tractor Supply Co. store in Camp Verde.
The Camp Verde Marshal’s Office said a man and woman used another person’s information to get a Tractor Supply credit account and buy a $4,200 Toro zero-turn mower on Aug. 10. They also allegedly rented a trailer to transport the mower and did not return it.
Investigators looked at surveillance footage and saw the suspects leaving in a dark-colored Jeep Wagoneer that was towing the rental trailer, the marshal’s office said…
