DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Central Dauphin School District issued a statement Monday in response to a lawsuit from a local activist who is claiming the district is using taxpayer’s money to support Constellation’s new energy center, formerly known as Three Mile Island.
The suit alleges that the district is using taxpayer money to create an emergency evacuation plan, as part of being in the ten-mile radius surrounding the plant.
