The cost to redevelop Providence’s iconic Superman building has multiplied, and so has the state taxpayer-backed financing.
Rhode Island Commerce Corporation on Monday approved nearly $10 million in additional state incentives intended to help High Rock Development complete the $327 million transformation of the vacant office skyscraper overlooking Kennedy Plaza.
