According to JLL.com, the sale of Bridge Point Tacoma 210, a 205,413-square-foot Class A distribution facility, 10917 34th Ave. E in Tacoma, Wash., was made to an entity linked to Ashley.
the acquisition follows Ashley’s $219.5 million disposition of a 1.1-million-square-foot Frederickson, Washington, warehouse to Amazon earlier this year.
