Pierce County lawyer suspended after felony conviction. Could he be disbarred?

Tacoma attorney John Sheeran, who pleaded guilty to concealing a federal crime in a King County jail drug-smuggling case, has been suspended from practicing law while he faces potential discipline through the state bar association.

Sheeran’s law license was suspended Friday by the Washington Supreme Court, according to a copy of the court’s order provided by a Washington State Courts spokesperson.
