PALMER, PA — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 35-year-old man accused of stealing nearly $2,000 worth of power tools from a home improvement store.
Justin Eric Brobst is wanted on charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, both felonies, according to the Palmer Township Police Department.
