St. Luke’s Health Center in Hellertown opened Monday, Aug. 24, bringing same-day care, expanded primary care and on-site diagnostic services to the community.
The facility at 110 Main St. occupies the site of a former Rite Aid that closed last summer. St. Luke’s purchased the property earlier this year and completed renovations in about three months, the health network said in a news release.
“This new facility represents an important step forward in how we serve the Hellertown and Saucon Valley communities,” said Wendy Lazo, president of St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem. “By building on the trusted care already available here and adding new services, we’re making it easier for patients and families to access the care they need close to home.”…
