Several misting fans brought relief to customers waiting in line to order at Heirloom restaurant despite the sweltering August-in-Fresno heat.
The farm-to-table restaurant, which opened in Park Crossing Shopping Center in 2019, frequently sees long lines for people who are ordering food at its counter. Repeat customers have reported waiting as long as 45 minutes or more, but said the quality of the food and the service Heirloom provides keeps them coming back.
