Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr announced Tuesday that Desmond Maul, 74, of Conyers, has been indicted in Fulton County on one count of medicaid fraud and 32 counts of false statements and writings.
Maul is the owner and operator of Family 360, Inc. (Family 360), an outpatient mental health and chemical dependency service provider for children, veterans, the elderly and adults.
