Pinocchio’s Pizza & Subs in Cambridge and Palio Pizzeria in Hyannis were among the pizzerias highlighted in the list, which published Aug. 21. Pasquale’s Pizzeria Napoletana in South Kingstown, R.I., also made the cut…
