EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Idalia De La Torre, who is facing a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence involving a human corpse after a body was discovered inside a garage at an El Paso home, made a court appearance Tuesday, August 25.
De La Torre’s bond was reduced from $150,000 to $50,000, with conditions, a judge ruled.
The 28-year-old El Pasoan was named in the arrest affidavit for John Michael De Coste, her alleged romantic partner who is accused of murdering his father.
