Smack Shack’s newest Twin Cities restaurant is adding steak and boosting its selection of seafood.
Ownership announced Tuesday that the company’s Bloomington location will soon become Smack Shack Steak, a new steakhouse concept focused on USDA Prime steaks and fresh seafood cooked over 10-foot wood-fired grill.
