OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The man suspected of assaulting and robbing a nurse in a hospital parking lot, among several other allegations, was sentenced in court on Tuesday.
Mocktavin Dial, 22, appeared in court Tuesday morning and was sentenced for robbery, false imprisonment, assault, attempted 1st-degree sexual assault, assault on a health care professional, assault on an officer, burglary and shoplifting.
Dial received 28 to 44 years in prison.
The charges stem from an incident in December of last year where Dial refused orders to go to his assigned unit. Staff then attempted to restrain Dial, and he resisted, court records allege…
