Spurs Sports & Entertainment is adding three more companies to the group it has assembled to design and build its $1.3 billion arena downtown, including two San Antonio-based firms.
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors of San Antonio will work with Minneapolis-based Mortenson to manage construction of the arena at the former Institute of Texan Cultures property.
