Another affordable housing development in Salt Lake City is seeking a demolition permit and moving closer toward building.
Last Wednesday, developers filed for a demolition permit for The Gregory, which will be a six-story affordable apartment building located at 738 W. South Temple. The project is being developed by Great Lakes Capital, a development company based in Indiana.
