Parole visit uncovers 104 grams of meth pills in Colonie

Colonie, NY (WRGB) — A Colonie man on parole was arrested for meth possession on Tuesday.

According to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office, deputies with the Community Oriented Policing Effort unit conducted a parolee home visit around 6:11 PM on Tuesday evening. That’s when deputies say 29-year-old Gordon Scott was found to be in possession of approximately 104 grams of methamphetamine pills.

Scott was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree (a class A-II felony) and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (a class B felony)…
