University of Cincinnati approves $135M spend on 2 construction projects

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – The University of Cincinnati’s board of trustees approved a pair of funding measures totaling $135 million for two campus projects.

The board in its Aug. 25 meeting approved $15 million to finish the renovation of the 17,000-square-foot former YMCA building on Calhoun Street.
