The Clarksville Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) has voted to defer the site plan for the In-N-Out Burger development for Clarksville.
The 3,890 square foot restaurant with a drive-through window is being planned on 2.22 acres of land on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and Holiday Inn Drive where the Exit 4 Quality Inn is currently located.
