ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. — A Wilmington woman is the latest person charged in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins in Onslow County dating back to October 2025.
The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Nya Rosalyn Franks on August 24, 2026.
