BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. — Authorities say seven people were hospitalized early Wednesday morning following a crash involving a semi in suburban Bridgeview.
According to Bridgeview police, the crash unfolded around 4 a.m. at the intersection of West 71st Street and South Harlem Avenue.
Officers were first called to the scene following a report of a crash involving a work van and a tractor-trailer, and the report indicated that people were trapped inside one of the vehicles.
