ST. LOUIS – Drivers told FOX 2 News about an outdoor water device they’ve seen that’s being used as a shower and clothes washing machine.
It’s at the end of North 10th Street and dead ends into the eastbound approach of the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge.
