SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – An area of disturbance in the central Atlantic has a 60% chance of tropical cyclone formation during the next 48 hours, according to the latest tropical outlook.
The system also has a 60% chance of development during the next seven days. It is currently classified as having a moderate chance of formation.
