A fast-growing coffee chain is planning a new location on one of the busiest roads in the Midlands.
Dutch Bros Coffee, which has locations across the U.S. and has been adding new shops in the Midlands, is planning a location at 5211 Sunset Blvd. in Lexington. That’s next to the Lidl supermarket, near the local road Tom Corley Place.
The Dutch Bros project at 5211 Sunset near Tom Corley Place is listed on the Town of Lexington’s most recent planning and zoning actions report, and it is referenced in the August agenda paperwork of the Lexington County Planning Commission. The report noted that stormwater and land disturbance fees had been paid for the project.
