LANCASTER CO. (WOLF) — A Danville man has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a 2024 DUI crash that killed his passenger in Lancaster County.
Apar Shirishkumar Patel, 38, pleaded guilty July 31 to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, two DUI counts and four summary traffic offenses.
