ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A cat rescue organization is speaking out after they say several of their shelters were vandalized, leaving dozens of cats without a home. They say they are still working to repair the damage and to find the cats, and it’s not the first time this has happened.
Steve Drave, the vice president of Hand to Paw Cat Rescue, says that on Tuesday morning, volunteers drove past a specific colony as part of their routine check-up, and just a little over an hour later, they returned to a shocking scene.
