ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Seneca Park Zoo has welcomed a new elephant — Felix!
Monroe County Executive Adam Bello joined zoo staff to welcome Felix, who is a female African elephant. Maryland Zoo chose the Seneca Park Zoo as the ideal place for her.
