ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — A teen was arrested after reports of an armed person near an abandoned building Tuesday, according to the Rockford Police Department.
Police said multiple officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of 12th Avenue around 5:30 p.m. after receiving reports of an armed individual. Investigators learned an alleged stolen vehicle had been located at the property, leading to a confrontation.
