Coborn’s is duplicating its new grocery store concept, highlighting local products and chefs within a sprawling mixed-use development in downtown Chanhassen.
The second Coborn’s Market & Table location is planned as part of the Avienda project that’s currently underway on a 118-acre site near Highway 212 and Powers Boulevard.
Like the prototype in Plymouth that debuted in March, the full-service grocery store will have a dining area with made-to-order and prepackaged food from The Global Table by chef David Fhima and “Cupcake Wars” winner Alicia Hinze’s The Buttered Tin, plus an old-fashioned ice cream parlor and a liquor store…
