(ABC 6 News) — A Twin Cities developer has announced it has closed on a $136.5 million multifamily housing development in downtown Rochester.
Sherman Associates, based out of Minneapolis, said it will be the company’s first development in Rochester and will be a mixed-income development to bring 349 new homes to the downtown area.
