SALEM, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Human Services is asking for the public’s help finding a 2-month-old child who has been missing from southeast Portland since Aug. 20 and is believed to be in danger.
The agency’s Child Welfare Division said Dakota Simone Williams was reported missing from the Findley Apartments at 3440 S.E. 54th Ave.
Officials believe Dakota may be in or around the Findley Apartments, Creston Park or the area between Southeast Division Street and Southeast Powell Boulevard and between 43rd and 60th avenues…
