Jury rules in favor of Louisville developer in lawsuit over affordable housing in Prospect

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville developer won its lawsuit against the city of Prospect after a jury ruled mostly in its favor.

The decision awards LDG Development more than $36 million in damages nine years after the lawsuit was filed, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
