ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Saturday brings the return of the ‘Bridging The Gap’ festival.
It’s an annual event focused on bringing this community together with members of law enforcement and faith leaders. There’s a new emphasis this year on kids, as it combines with the ‘Save Our Children’ event.
