An Easton man is accused of repeatedly striking a city code official in the head during a dispute, injuring him.
Joseph J. Dilts, 34, of the 1100 block of Washington Street, is charged with misdemeanor simple assault; misdemeanor making terroristic threats; and summary harassment. He was arraigned May 12 before District Judge Daniel Corpora, who set bail at 10% of $10,000.
