TALLADEGA COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – A Tennessee woman is in custody after a high-speed chase that started in Shelby County ended in a crash in Talladega County, according to Childersburg Police.
Police said the chase began in Harpersville, in Shelby County. Childersburg Police said they picked up the pursuit in Talladega County.
According to police, the truck, which was reportedly driven by Patricia Grant of Tennessee, was speeding on Highway 280. Police said Grant was driving recklessly before she crashed into a utility pole.
Police drew their guns at the end of the chase and crash. They said it was because the truck had been involved in the pursuit that began in Harpersville…
