CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Good morning. It’s a dry start to the work, and school day. However, an approaching cold front will bring scattered showers and storms to the region later this afternoon into tonight. Any storm that does develop may cause heavy rain, and gusty wind. As the front slowly moves east, a lingering shower, and storm will be possible Friday as well. Conditions will dry out this weekend. Meanwhile, temperatures and humidity will rise next week with high temperatures in the 90s. Teal feel temperatures will be closer to 100. We’ll keep you updated. Have a great, and safe day !
